Jimmy is done raising money Bc it seem by the math he has enough money raised he is also out of shares to sell for this year . You see this in the low volume traded and the selling has stopped . there is no longer a need To pump the stock Bc Sgmd can not sell into it . All of the remaining shares are locked up for the next 8 months or more. The Pr's are for the investor now and share holders .
14 million in loses plus this quarters loses equals about 190 million shares that jimmy had to sell to off set loses.
He did not really lie , More like he was stalling for this now moment .
When you say scam it's Bc you lost money and don't know the mechanics of a penny stock .
