Spiffy achieved penny status numerous times,only to be salvaged by reverse splits.The recently spun off OVRL went public in late 1990s,$10,000 than does not today even buy you a cup of coffee at Mickey Dee's. Same geniuses in both companies still at the helm.
Hence my conclusion, they are not done with it yet,at the very least they will try...
