Didn't know one could do that. I always issue market orders with my 'style' of trading. So I do leave money on the table and am at the whim of the MM's of course. But curious about these kinds of tactical aspects to trading.
Interesting to see if you get any responses. Since this is a pretty technical question (AFAIC), I'm curious if anyone on this forum would even know... might need to do your own research? Do post what you find!
