It's in the court docs, go to StockTwits and you will find it there. That's is why the stock tanked, cause no motion to dismiss the case by the defendants, today was just replacing an attorney. If today was the motion to dismiss scheduled and if the judge denied the motion the stock would have quickly jumped to $2.50 by close, but it's not today.
