Just a matter of nailing down the sites and getting the protocol approved imo.

Should move quickly. Both in the US and Europe.

Funding and the partnership/licensing could even come after the EMA meeting and submission of the phase III to both entity regulators.

Could get exciting very quickly for those that have the patience to stick it out. And that largely makes the current pps irrelevant.

imo.
