I am in agreement but, seeing how they have played the game over the last 2 years I also know that anything is possible with Delcath.

I will be waiting to see a few things going forward. First up should be a CORRESP from the SEC in the edgar database giving the 15 day notice which I would expect to see before the weekend. Second will be the transcripts of the hearing scheduled for next week in the State of New York Supreme Court.

Will withhold judgement until those 2 items are checked off the list but my hunch is you can stick a fork in it.
