LMAO! I suggest you read the financials much closer - the DEF 14A was certainly filed.

Sorry the A and C confused you.

But the funniest part is that OWCP is so desperate to do a reverse split so they can arrange more toxic financing.

This is very odd - shareholders voted against the reverse split but voted for a new vote on a reverse split on April 18th.

This is hilarious - the shareholders voted yes to give the company more time to solicit proxy votes to a approve the reverse split.

This has been fun watching - especially since I crushed OWCP and they lost 99% of their value since the initial pump.
