I don't think they are in danger of folding near term even if the worst of the worst happens with the Portland lab. These next few months will be rough, but for someone loading in the .30s it will be bearable. It's going to be hard to hold on for people like me but I'll weather it as long as i can stand it I guess.
The OLCC violation in Portland was a punch to the gut for me. I'm not sure I'll be able to get past it going forward. They need to finish up their audit soon in order for me to regain confidence in management. I know they are 2 unrelated issues, but to me it comes down to competence of management.
I haven't sold any shares yet but I'm also down so far at this point it's almost like I'm all in anyway.
