that doesn't seem accurate- the stock was breaking out of a three week consolidation and then grew momentum on breaking the 52 week high at.23.

had the 8k been put out after hours, quite likely we'd still be above .23.

but no matter, we will be back there soon enough and beyond

I predicted the stock would run, based on technicals. Read my posts... imo it was a technical breakout. I was posting the 60min chart setup, which was similar to previous spikes.

If a group knew it was coming, why did they BUY?! Im sorry, but that makes no sense. Why would someone buy HIGH on inside info, right before a dilution filing? The sell off started like 20 minutes after the filing was out.

They would have sold before the filing. Not buy high, then dump after the news is out. lol
