$.01 is real cheap for a 15 million float. Somebody always knows something in the OTC. Would be no surprise that 10K bid is there for a reason. This could see $.25+ real easy with the right company plugged in.

With the filing updates this shell is just about ready to go. It looks like it's just a quarterly report and a Attorney Letter away from becoming Pink Sheet current.
