WySOS filings are a joke. There are no safeguards. You can submit anything. Go on YouTube and watch their tutorial on how to file. Look into it and you will find there are no safeguards in place! I challenge you to find me a list of safeguards they have put in place.

Yes anyone can, you literally go to a sos website, look up the company by its id and then click a few buttons to submit a filing. Annual reports are due soon, and if they are not reported, there is late penalties, and or can lead to dissolution.
