What am I missing?...if he would have released them the pps would have been higher than 10 cents and then wouldnt have been borderline with the dubai exchange minimum listing requirements....so why wait 60 days? TIA

I'm not sure I buy the .10/60 days thing. I guess we'll find out. What I do see though is some serious support at the .10 level. Today is the day. We're either good to go or not.
