I thought the O/S was going to be just over 50mm
Maybe he took out all those legacy shareholders that still hold paper certificates from originally going public.
That’s 24-30mm presplit shares. And his 11.5mm he held in paper cert form too.

Only shares I care about are the ones on the Ask.
Who would be selling now?
