They have been very careful on what they advertise...the letter from the FDA is interesting as the date of review was September 2018, the other two companies were reviewed in February 2019...why wait so long to issue the letter? Also, the areas that were highlighted were the information pages on diamond which provide the background on CBD nothing with their labeling. They didn't claim their product solves or cures anything, they state studies have shown the following...if they have the studies as proof they can cite their sources and substantiate the claims...that's really all that's missing. For someone who is on their way out, he sure has a lot to say all of a sudden.
