They didn't invest anything, they gave TRTC $1 mill and TRTC gave them deeply discounted shares for $0.71 of which "they" will sell into the market for a guaranteed profit.

That's not INVESTMENT....That OTC toxic financing.

But, but, how do you know they are selling?... because I used to work in the industry and know how it works... are there lock-up provisions? NO

How do you know? Somebody invested another 1mlj in TRTC.
