As long as shares do not enter the tradable float any time soon, their effect will not be noticed.

If you notice the size of the increase just happens to match the 9.99% increase allowed

Regarding the DTC increase it is clear that it does not represent the tradable float as I thought it did.

The real float is unknown

Looks to me like the conversion by whomever was made to lock in the lower conversion rate

These shares can be sold at higher prices slowly

Market cap still low

I have received replies and my understanding is these shares will not be sold into the float at this time

So as far as I am concerned its not Dilution till the shares are sold

Eventually they will no doubt

But not presently

Trading should resume normally without Dilution for the time being

Hopefully he has got a leak out agreement of sort for these shares

I encouraged him to tweet an explanation of the OS increase
