CEO has 15 days from the filing date to file the Annual. Now Kevin can release the Audited Annual at any given time prior to the 15 day extension or even an Unaudited Annual for shareholders to look at, but I think he will wait until the new Auditing company gives him the go ahead that what they show is correct so as to not have to issue a correction.
Now I do know for a fact that the company in India is not performing the annual audit as of 2 weeks ago (based on an email from the company in India stating to my friend that they were not hired to perform the annual) unless something has changed in the last 2 weeks. But I highly doubt it since CEO Kevin wants things done once and done correct - Not like what happened last year.
