Interesting because he's (Alan Brochstein) been such a critic. He loves to bury companies for paid PR so a buy is the ultimate tell IMO. Surna still concerns me with regard to cash and the .16 level raise. However, if it break through .16 and we get a firm grip on what's needed (or is in place) cashwise, I can envision a huge run ahead.
