It's called faith in the company. It's not ideal I agree but I can see what is happening here and I believe there are valid reasons for it.

As a long time shareholder, I still have enough confidence in this company that I can't resist increasing my shareholdings while the SP is so ridiculously low. They won't stay at this price for much longer.

The number of shares being bought every day is astronomical so there's certainly great confidence being demonstrated as people increase their holdings.
