He sure as heck didn't use "weasel wording" to tell us that there were 60,000 NP-1's on the way from China and Foxconn and that they were going to be sold in Best Buys any day now.

He didn't use "weasel wording" when he fabricated financial statements. Investors relying on those statements to determine whether NTEK was a good investment might, in our eyes, be extremely foolish, but these numbers are meant to be true and accurate under the laws of the United States. That means that violating those laws has to be punished harshly.

Did Bennie Blankenship use weasel wording when he forged a bank stamp to falsely claim he'd purchased the NTEK shares which were given to him in return for him pumping the stock?

Actually, I just thought of another count for the indictment. Are we really to believe that Foley took one of his Mad Katz Mojo devices and had it separately tested at an FCC-approved laboratory?

Or did he just up and forge that report? I don't know how close that is to forging FCC certification, but it's probably pretty close. There's a reason those tests are legally meaningful, and to the extent they are, the FCC would have to file a complaint against their falsification.

Meow has taken a swipe at the NTEK scam today. Hopefully the wound Meow gave will get infected, and provide a long festering limitation toward their movement.
