Hogwash smoker. Developing companies dilute all the time and dont lose this much value. RS come from crap deals which incentivizes shorting the company.
I recall reading a strategy where you short a company down but never push it to BK. This keeps the companies position weak and midigates risk of company going through BK process and re-emerging stronger.
