One of the more hilarious aspects of the MMEX-scam land transaction was the financial structure - it sold for $10 "and other compensation," the latter of which were warrants on pre-split MMEX-scam shares!

The former landowner is a member of the MMEX-scam private IR forum, "moderated" by Zany Rick - the former landowner was left high and dry, screwed by the reverse split, and now he's stuck holding the bag on warrants that are so far underwater they'll never cash out.

MMEX - You've Been Scammed!

Exxon USA sold the Ft Stockton property to Parker Hayes 11/2001

MMEX bought the 125.5 acres from Parker Hayes 8/02/2017

Per 2019 valuation the 125.5 acres is valued at $7,570 or $60 per acre!

previously valued at $750 or $5.98 per acre

That is a HUGE increase of MMEX shareholder value

MMEX investors are in the hole with the propery after the road grading and small portion of fencing. My guess hanks will keep the shovels and flag pole for himself.

Hope he pays the taxes and does not lose the land, LOL

No telling what will happen with this SCAM

It doesn’t change anything but that land is worth around $1,000 per acre +/- $300 in the area based on sell prices. Only way it gets to $500 per acre range, is if it is a huge chunk of property (5,000+ acres).

$60 per acre is probably what it should be worth since it is not good for much, but land prices are high.
