Who cares about SiNi films on CoCr heads? CoCr should be barred from being used in Ortho once a better alternative is established. While metalosis happens with less frequency from MoP it still happens. SiNi coatings only reduces exposure it doesnt prevent it. SiNi head is a better way to go.
Titanium stem is better than CoCr stem biologically speaking. Im curious how a Si3N4 coating does on Tantalum?
If tech adoption isnt the goal then why is europe investing in seeing greater Si3N4 research and adoption and why is Sintx joining the research? This is where your post doesnt add up.
