exactly...a good, CLEAN OTC shell costs a HELL of a lot less than it would trying to clean/rs or whatever to this bloated POS would cost. Put a big fork in it.

well before they can merge both companies have to have their books inline so i assume that fan would have been working on that. Because if he cant submit books when they file with the sec than the merger wont happen.
