Maybe an 8-k announcing the official acquisition of the grower; an 8-k announcing the acquisition of the distiller; or maybe a PR with details like location and terms announcing the actual signing of an agreement for this piece of property they claim to have. You know the one with two buildings and room for expansion. Anything solid.
