read all the court documents and conversation company said they have investor ready to invest long term. outcome of case is unknown so that's the gamble. but court will most likely force them to settle like all other parties did. These 3 "predatory" hedge funds has to get the heck out of the game! I am holding what I have right now currently at 28,000 stocks. it's a risk but reward seems too good!
I won’t say I’ve been here the longest but I’m probably towards the top. This stock has baffled me completely. Bond’s optimism is refreshing. Just wish there was more transparency. If they can settle and get some fresh money then this is positive. If not then it’s lights out. At least for me.
