it could but only a company with no legitimate business would worry about that. I would say there are a lot of companies in the OTC Market that if the SEC decided to look into them they would not find a business, that is where WCVC is different.
IMHO this company has a strong business and is legitimately looking to incorporate a CBD/Cannabis component.
