I'm watching it, but skeptical. OTC Markets shows Dark/Defunct, but volume has obviously picked up recently. I did some research, and there seems to have been some spam/email promoting of the stock in the past several months.

I'll feel better if they file on OTC Markets. My broker won't let me place a buy order for WSFT now anyway...
