Great post. But if they drop more acquisitions, deals, and more revenues, this valuation goes up way higher. People need to understand that this valuation you posted is just with numbers we now have, it does not reflect what else we can see from the company with substantial value that would move your valuation's much higher. I am not suggesting that you pull out your crystal ball either.

Amazing post showing where our new base will be. Thank you.

KABOOOOOOOOOM!!! Thanks much for putting together that excellent updated valuation metrics post sterling!!! The glaring fact remains that Rotmans generates an absolutely awesome +50% gross profit margin on 1 of the most established rock solid per annum revenue run rates imaginable!!! So it's going to be very happy days here in the soon to be post official Rotmans acquisition upon us...especially since Greg Rotman's been so adamant that there's a lot more growth coming in VYST over & above the pending Rotman's acquisition upon us woot-woot!!!

Thanks Sterling. I took a dumb newbie 5 second shortcut previously and had also arrived at these numbers.. for all it's worth, I assumed that VYST pps is trading at what it's actually worth (at the time .07 now .05-.06). Then I est. that Rotmans revenue is about 35 times that of Vystar's. Just using that multiplier i arrived at $1.75 to $2.45. No need to spend anytime as to why this is a poor way to do it! I know!. Still feel good about though! Beyond that I predict a 1:2 you-know-what to get to Nasdaq levels.

I think it's best to be a bit more conservative in these valuations.

First, let's consider some of the numbers and ratios in question.

O/S = 600,000,000 shares
I think it's best to assume O/S is in the 500-600 million share range (as has been talked about here in recent weeks), so let's use the most conservative number within that range. For this valuation, I'm not going to include the effect of a share buyback on O/S, as there has been no indication that one has yet started.

PE ratio of the furniture industry = 16.77
I think it's best to use a forward-looking PE as VYST has not yet consolidated with Rotman's. Additionally, a PE ratio of 36.53 would suggest that Rotman's is considerably overvalued, especially given its purported growth rate of ~15% (per video with Steve Rotman). Realistically, the growth rate may be closer to ~10% given the industry PEG ratio of 1.58.
https://www.zacks.com/stocks/industry-rank/industry/furniture-79

Tax NOL
I'm also not going to include Tax NOL carry-forward, as we are not sure how this will affect PPS, based on the stipulations addressed in the prior 10K, filed on 2018-03-29 (see below).
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1308027/000138713118001267/vyst-10k_123117.htm

That being said, please see below for valuations.

Gross Profit Valuation
O/S = 600,000,000 shares
PE ratio = 16.77

$35,000,000 revs x 0.48 gross profit margin = $16,800,000 gross income
$16,800,000 gross income ÷ 600,000,000 (O/S) = 0.028 EPS
0.028 EPS x 16.77 PE ratio = ~$0.47 per share Gross Valuation

Net Profit Valuation
O/S = 600,000,000 shares
PE ratio = 16.77

$35,000,000 revs x 0.19 net profit margin = $6,650,000 net income
$6,650,000 net income ÷ 600,000,000 (O/S) = 0.01108 EPS
0.01108 EPS x 16.77 PE ratio = ~$0.19 per share Net Valuation

Again, this is a more conservative approach, but something I think should be shared. I believe this valuation may also take into consideration the fact that VYST is currently operating at a net loss (we won't know for sure until new 10K is filed), which will have an overall impact on the combined balance sheet post-consolidation.

As an aside and, IMHO, I do believe we will see VYST trading in the $0.25-0.50c range in due time if everything checks out.

Here are 2 "Penny Stocks" to "NASDAQ" Examples...

VYST has some serious goals to exist on the NASDAQ. Here are two finite examples with their history in a little more detail for one to research of two penny stocks that actually made it to the NASDAQ with not doing a reverse split.

SPEA was a little more sentimental to me because I actually had my finger on the trigger to buy some near its bottom and never did. This is from a post I made earlier:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=146554390

MMMQA, with VYST & NASDAQ Penny Stock Graduating Examples...

I share your same sentiments. It has been confirmed that VYST has no intentions of doing any dilution. This is very important. In fact, they have already put over $4 million into VYST to eliminate dilution along with Insiders already investing over $20 million into the VYST. Those new to VYST should read this post below regarding the Form 4s previously filed:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=146488994

I believe they have some very serious goals to position VYST to graduate to the next few significant levels of growth. I'm expecting quite a few more updates too in the very near future that will further confirm that they are very much for real with what they are doing.

They have some plans to get the price to where it needs to be without doing a reverse split. I have seen 4 maybe 5 penny stocks graduate to the NASDAQ and I think 2 or 3 of them were without needing to do a reverse split. Let's ”compare and contrast” two quick examples that I was able find quickly in my notes; CKEC (CMKC) and SPEA (CKXE).

With CKEC (CMKC) - Penny Stock Graduating to NASDAQ
** Carmike Cinemas Inc. (CKEC) comes to my mind which made me go find some of my old research.

** CMKC, formerly CKECQ for those who remember, had come out of its reorganization from bankruptcy in Jan 2002 at .19 per share.

** CMKC went from .19 per share to $1.02 per share from its reorganization from bankruptcy.

** Then CMKC then soon went to $3.46 per share.

** Soon afterwards, CMKC went from $3.46 per share to opening at $17.75 per share on Feb 4, 2002 on the previously known OTCBB from trading on the pink sheets.

** Later it opened up under its new (old) ticker of CKEC on the NASDAQ on May 23, 2002 at $30.00+ per share. The bid never dropped on that day below $29.28 and the stock closed at $30.12 per share for that day.

** Later the stock drifted downwards to later stabilize at the $16.00+ per share for months.

** Then later, it was announced on Dec 21, 2016 that AMC Theatres (AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc.) which trades on the NYSE under the ticker of AMC and is the largest Exhibitor in the U.S., Europe, and the World, had bought them out for $1.1 Billion:
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20161221005418/en/AMC-Entertainment-Holdings-Completes-Acquisition-Carmike-Cinemas

With SPEA (CKXE) - Penny Stock Graduating to NASDAQ
SPEA started out at .007 per share although I’m not sure it was really noticed as many shares were not able to get purchased at that price as it went to .10 per share in one day on or about Dec 15, 2004.

** Then on Dec 16, 2004, SPEA released pre-market news of having entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority interest in some assets of Elvis Presley. SPEA opened up on that day at .37 per share to hit $7.50 per share and closed at $6.41 per share.

** Then on the next day, SPEA traded as high as $11.20 per share and closed at $9.10 per share.

** Later SPEA went on to trade as high as $23.40 per share.

** Then on Mar 1, 2005, SPEA changed its symbol to CKXE to be listed on NASDAQ.

** Then on Mar 17, 2005, SPEA/CKXE acquired "American Idol" TV show.

** Then on May 9, 2005, CKXE traded as high as $30.65 per share.

** Then on Jul 13, 2005, CKXE was added to the Russell 1000(R) Index.

** Then on Aug 5, 2005, CKXE had an AP Article write-up about the company.

** Then on Apr 11, 2006, CKXE acquired an 80% interest in the name, image, likeness and all other rights of publicity of Muhammad Ali.

** I'm not sure what happened to it later as I stopped following it as the years had gone by, but as you can see, it had a very nice journey.

I shared these thoughts to simply show proof that it is not beyond the realm of possibilities for VYST to achieve the goals that they have set out to achieve.
