??? Nothing contradictory here I'm afraid. They do what they want to maximize ROI. Bleeding investors dry is the proper way to do it.

As for comical stuff - see BC restructuring to make naive investors think they are fully behind LDSR while selling those exact investors to the ground with their massive dilution. I'm sure a few big blocks of "I'm buying 20 mil at these level" got filled.

Dropping an insane amount of shares has that effect - see chart to see how dilution look like.
