Well, no, its not just labeling. Most of the concerns FDA raised had to do with marketing. Eg, the alleged misrepresentation of citations to research into therapeutic benefits of CBD.
But, that too is very easily fixed... if it needs to be. I'm not convinced that it would need to be. These FDA warning letters are most often just scare tactics to try to save the FDA the effort of more fully investigating and leveling lawsuits.
They generally work and they end of compelling easy changes.
