Cytrx posted April company presentation, they posted it under investor, while February pres is available right at open site. Both are the same word by word, but cash's down by 3.3 M, options less by 1k. So cash burn wasn't succesful to half million$, because they spent 1.1 M/month in 4Q.
After these 'news' Today's volume is 200k in first 45 min.

I read Sorrento story a year ago, and hoped CytRx could avoid the same. No MS payment without NDA and PSS didn't do anything for that!
We couldn't break NC agreement, all licence document and right at Soon pocket, plus I'm sure, that he has better lawyers. Not a faire game!
