Ya I'm thinking NEWT over IRM I have some options on IRM currently that are green and saw the raising dividend history and developed a liking to it!


Newt has had some good press and numbers and could run up 25% or more and has a nice dividend to boot!


I just decided to sell OHI I was raising my stop every day and planning to get out so I decided rather than get stopped out at 37.5 I would just take what it had to offer! It is a good stock but it will come back down for another run later.
