It has to be to his benefit or he wouldn't do it. He surely isn't do it for the investors benefit. If he left these products under VGID this stock would be in the cents by now. So, what is Buzzy's angle?
Of course it is to his benefit as well as other share holders.
Buzzy is the largest share holder of VGID. He gets spinoff shares, just like we do. So, think about it. Does Buzzy want the spin off companies to do well? Of course he does. So, think now. If the shares Buzzy gets do well, will other share holders not do just as well?
So, the answer is, Buzzy wants everyone to profit from the spin offs. If you don't, neither will he.
