I think it would be illegal for him to give you information that you aren't be allowed to share. If its public knowledge, it is public knowledge, otherwise he should not have shared with you....right?

Of course you can disclose your conversation, you just choose not to. Which is just fine. I've had conversations way back and don't post content because I choose not to. Not because "I can't". You should say things like that, it makes what info you're getting look suspect.

Hey guys, Mark got back to me really quick and I have been chatting with him back and forth a bit. I'm not allowed to post the contents of the emails, all I can say is that they are working on the annual report. He said that he had been getting some pretty nasty emails over this, so I will say even though my email was strongly worded I made sure to be respectful, and based on the conversation I had with him he actually seems like a great guy at least towards me, and it is my opinion that, and just my opinion, that as soon as the accountant is done, Mark will make sure it's uploaded quickly. If I had to guess I'd say soon(I think sometime this week) but we'll see. Based on this conversation with him I'm still very bullish on MEDH and will continue buying. I'm sorry if this response doesn't satisfy how you guys feel, I truly can't disclose any more but for anyone who wants to know more feel free to reach out to him, just be respectful when you do and I think you'll get a pretty good response.
