Possible but I do know alpha's strong desire to get into the bio business and how aggressive they are....that's tendency of how Korean business operates in general. Having say that, no speculation here but it's possible alpha's interst to acquire ONCS.
I have some understanding of alpha's financial situation - unless they partner with others, I see no ability for them to acquire ONCS on their own, based on my rough estimate of ONCS value. However, with their connection with Samsung bio as well as other big companies, anything is possible.
Alpha's interest would pressure Merck and others - it's all good.
