My guess on the top 3 retailer is ace hardware or true values. I’ve found that most deals usually take longer to finalize than expected. Pnat has delivered in the past and I expect them to do the same on the ones they’re currently working on.
The poor timing of the R/S announcement is the reason this is where it’s at now.
