It looks to me like they copied the wrong date. Issuance date is correct but the following date corresponds to Last years letter. Further down they mention Sellingers name and then Micheles name and they didnt work for KONA in 2017.
But other than the inclusion of the new employee's the letter is the same standard verification letter
Maybe I am reading it all wrong but that's what I see. Just a verification of the filing on March 28th.
I firmly believe the attorneys office staff made a clerical mistake!!!
If you look at 4/2/18 on OTC site discourse, it's the same first paragraph I think they just forgot to update the date to be honest. The annual report last year had the same letter and on the same date as the 2017 annual.
