Maybe they are DV trying to pump this scam. Nothing changes the fact it has with 2 1 for 1000 r/s issued trillions of shares. Nothing changes fact all the pr's for many years all lies. She has dumped billions before 2nd r/s and after. All for what they have no business and never did much in sales. Went into pockets of preferred shareholders. Of which CEO is one of the many who have been CEO doing dame thing lying and dumping. How Sec has not shut this down is amazing. Might be worse OTC scam of all time.
