I'm not sure how long you've been here...it's been 2-3 years for me now.
JT has ruined his own reputation with false claims, being called out by other companies in which completely overstated their involvement and in some cases straight out lied.
He always has an excuse and it's always somebody's fault. He fails to acknowledge some very important discrepancies. Has a history of blocking investors for legitimate investor questions.
For god sakes, NSAV's company address is a PO Box.
I think this dude has dug himself so deep, that even positive news does nothing to this stock.
.0003-.0004 it's been floating here forever now...despite strong days of volume. Nothing is going to change...
There is no "any day now"...there is no "penny land right around the corner".
Until there is legitimate revenue/profit (I'm waiting for more delays that can be blamed on accounts lol), actual beer you can go buy, nothing changes.
Buyback? Not happening, it was first announced Sept 7, 2018. We are now in month 7...and he sure did protect himself in the recent PR about it:
"Up to 80% buyback"...which can literally mean buying back 1 share and it's still in adherence to the PR.
AND THIS! This can't be overlooked with somebody like JT:
"The share buyback program does not obligate NSAV to repurchase any dollar amount or number of shares and will expire on August 22, 2019, but it may be suspended at any time at the companys discretion. All previously announced repurchase programs have been terminated."
So he's stating how much they are gonna buy but then saying they aren't obligated to any dollar amount or number of shares and will expire officially in August BUT can be cancelled at any time under the companies discretion...it also says that previously announced repurchasing programs have been terminated...which means his initial PR back in September is dead...and this announcement back in February has no actual indication that it WILL happen.
