gers. Will everyone calm down? Gers is still categorized as a risky Penny stock with a lot of potential! because people are worried and unsure of what to do, they sell-out, which makes for a very volatile stock! These stocks are far from being mature, so we have to allow them the time to reach the level they are capable of reaching! Nothing unusual here, just many weak hands amongst a few strong hands, so thoughts turn to trading rather than long term prospects, which is still what we must consider as we go along? The big dips and Big jumps are normal here given the circumstances! We have to just wait and hold?

Just to give you an idea as to the potential we have here with Gers, can you Imagine if there were no Infringers and just willing Contractees signing up and paying their Quarterly royalties? We would probably have almost 3 times as many companies paying Q-Royalties than we have now, with a steady PPS constantly climbing as the Royalty checks keep coming in? Once the appeal finalizes, we may see a return to those days, who knows? IMO.

It seems like a lot can change in a year time. However, it wasn't GERS that changed.

You're correct. The company didn't change. It's still run by people who refuse to send the SEC any information about their financial statistics. This has remained unchanged since the third quarter of 2016.

Two things have changed since the beginning of 2018.

1. The price doubled from a nickel to ten cents and then slid to less than eight cents.

2. My impatience has grown with Greenshift's management. That's why I filed my second SEC complaint last month and set a deadline for the 2016 10-K to be filed with the SEC, along with the 8-K that shows the transfer of a majority of our voting stock from Bitzio to Viridis.

In addition, the company doesn't update their website very often. The most recent news on Greenshift's page for news is dated September 15, 2016. That's two and a half years ago!
