Money logic says otherwise.......
For every dollar the stock price is up,who the biggest benefactors are and how much each profit
Sam 2 million shares,$2 million dollars per dollar up(vs stuck under a $1 million for ever)
Justin 1.7 million shares,$1.7 million dollars
Sam has skin in the game,he makes more money than you and I ever will,just by moving the company forward,not backward.Theory of Sam has most gain by keeping stock price low and by making mistakes purposely is just too far fetched for my little head.Failure in future acquisition is definitely likely,due to his arrogance/incompetence/market/amazoned-effect,but not by short selling shareholder aligned interest at his own expense/interest(not cut off your nose to spite your face so to speak).
Again,I have posted something like this repeatedly and let's keep on chewing the fat,and watched the time gone by and no big money to be had yet.
