Deal would still be ok. He would owe money in a law suit. Few go to court over NDA being broken. And sometimes courts rule that NDA is worthless the way it was written.
So are u saying we won't know the exact settlement amount until when next set of financials come out? Somehow I find it very unlikely the amount will not leak out somehow to the market and reflect in the share price in the near term.
