We need more news... this thing isn't holding up well at all.

Dilution is the question on everyone's mind.

The curse of low sample size AND then Phase 1 - very evident.

Imagine if the sample size was 40 - 50 and the results were identical to the one presented for the low sample size (even it was still Phase 1; though phase 2 would have been something out of this world). Do you think it would have more POWER ( both in layman terms and statistical lingo).

Wasting money on a host of incomplete trials has its own perils.
