IMO. No nothing wrong with that if they are buying to replace all the unregistered but certed shares they sold. IMO they have completed that stage and have bought them all back at much lower prices than the discount they sold them for which is why the volume has slowed down. Now they are buying for the buyback as you can see the the stock now under accumulation and M/F is positive.
