Someone other than Mark needs to interact with the investors now. Regardless of the reasons, Mark's cred is zero and no one will believe what ever he tells us. This change would be in the interest of both the company and investors. Even with all the tweets Arrayit release, someone who can provide needed transparency and truth has to step forward. Mark, you are brilliant, but for everyone's sake, please do not be the primary investor communicator. Even if there is a good reason for not providing the fins, how this was handled is a personal embarrassment which can never be fully healed.
