I agree Eddy is gifted, but you slipped on a turd, which is worse than a banana peel, leaving you upside down in a Black Hole. Remember the dumpers have 5 trillion authorized, which means they can keep dumping .0001s until the cows come home. They don't need to pump this at all. Just keep dumping, and teasing the market.

You know it will be a long tedious process once the group gets working. We are tying up some loose ends from other programs in the works but let me start.

When ever you see a balance sheet were assets are greater then the liability. Issued shares equal the outstanding shares and there is nothing of equity value the offering is said to be in its purest form. There will be only mention of one entity.

Now we are going to muddle it up and sell shares. The stock starts the progress of selling a portion of its shares sold to the company from inside bought with the banks money. Issued shares and outstanding will be of the same value. The debt has turned over from inside outside and back.

Then comes the fun. The company chooses to raise capital in addition to the shares sold. A collateral debt is formed by forward splitting the shares. The book value is the same but there is twice as many shares. In other words the equity value has fallen per share in half. The liquidity is now stretched over twice as many shares. The ones who owned the shares still feel as ritch but the ones buying feel shorted. It is only natural in wanting to pay half the IPO value per share. On the other side the seller doesn’t want to sell for the lower price. A spreed is now established between seller and buyer.

This creates a perfect storm into which to sell additional equity both capital surplus and retained earnings.

We are going to leave it there for a couple of days and let it all kind of sink in. Best of luck.
