That's a good train of thought for someone who may have never made a website before. But actually it is very easy to just change the logo on a website or any graphics at anytime on a website. In fact it is what a 5 min fix and that includes the time to turn the computer on and drag the image to the server.

Actually you would be surprised how cheap it is to put a new website together. And with Orie's experience if he didn't have the time to do it he could easily buy a stock template for $25 from a template store like https://themeforest.net/search/hosting%20template and then customize it pretty quickly. But to let 10 years go by without a change is like unheard of for a webmaster or hosting company. It is almost like turning your back on it and forgetting about it like a parking page. But if it was my bread and butter, well that baby would be updated more often that's for sure.
