Well, if they didn't file it tonight before 10pm , they will have to wait until Monday from 6 am to 10 pm to file , and Monday is not the weekend or part of Q1-2019.

I’m concerned, the last time Mark said the he was waiting in the financial team and he would update me the dates changed twice, working the weekend doesn’t cut it or maybe they planned to file this time anyway. I’m not trying to be negative Nancy but this is frustrating and hope we get what we Longs deserve!

Unfortunately, that email thread doesn't say much at all.

Almost anyone can confirm that Q1 goes through the weekend. After all, Q1 ends on 31 Mar (which is a Sunday).

And that is all Mark confirmed in his response:

"Confirming that this weekend counts for Q1-2019."

He just confirmed that the quarter ends on Sunday. He didn't say anything about filing.

The real question that should have been asked is "are you still planning to file before Monday COB".

This Mark fellow has got to be the BIGGEST narcisist I ever seen... As others have stated, this track record of his pushing back, delaying, etc and now seeing how this week ended and 1st quarter as well, like I said, big guns will come in and he and his corp will be Investigated..

I have NEVER seen anything like this to be honest in 30 years. Even known past OTC fraudsters and such put out various SEC releases and filings on time... HA HA HA, LOL...
