The float needs to be sitting somewhere and I think it is owned by small fish like you and me. At this level, the float is worth $500K to $700K. Not really that much. It takes only 125 people with an average position of 200K and the float is locked. Unless there are dead shares sitting in dead accounts... hard to prove... but how is that working in dead empty shells on the grey market: who owns the shares?
